Everything you need to know about HeightDay and your Height Day
Your Height Day is your personal celebration that occurs when the calendar date matches your height in feet and inches. For example, if you're 5'8", your Height Day is May 8th (5/8). It's a fun way to celebrate something unique about yourself!
Simply enter your height in feet and inches on our homepage calculator. The first number becomes the month, and the second number becomes the day. So 6'2" = June 2nd, 5'11" = May 11th, and so on.
Great question! If you're taller than 12 feet (which would be extraordinary!), or if your inch measurement is higher than the days in a month, our calculator will help you find the closest valid date or suggest alternative celebration methods.
While HeightDay uses the US date format (month/day), people worldwide can participate in celebrating their Height Day. We're working on additional features for different measurement systems and date formats.

We calculate the next occurrence of your Height Day date and count the days remaining. If your Height Day has already passed this year, we calculate days until next year's celebration.
The beauty of your Height Day is that it's entirely up to you! Some people throw parties, others simply share their Height Day on social media. You could treat yourself to something special, connect with others who share your height, or start a new tradition with friends and family.
Many people host 'Height Day parties' where everyone celebrates together, regardless of their individual Height Days. It's a great way to appreciate the diversity of heights in your friend group.
Your Height Day is about celebrating what makes you unique, not necessarily loving every aspect of your physical appearance. Think of it as an opportunity to appreciate your body and connect with others who share similar experiences.
Height Day celebrations are still relatively new, so traditions are just beginning to form!
